Applying for a Grant
Please submit the completed grant application plus required attachments by October 21, 2022, at 5 pm to:

Grant Information and Amounts
Grants will be for a 1-year period, starting in the 2024 calendar year. Individual grant(s) will not exceed $1800. More than one grant may be awarded. Grants may be used for programs, projects, or equipment. A report will be required to be submitted to JTFS from the grantee by May 31, 2024. Grantees may be asked to attend an award gala in 2024, date and location TBA. JTFS may ask for photographs and interviews of completed projects and participants.

Please answer all of the questions on the grant application form. As indicated on the grant application form, please include the following attachments:

One-page summary of project - this will be shared with members to help them to decide their vote

Proposed Budget for your project

Letter of support from the Recreation and Parks Board of Directors or other governing body
In some instances, JTFS may follow-up on the grant application by requesting meetings with the district and the proposed key participants.
